The goat is a 550 MHz SunFire V100 with 1GB RAM and 40 GB disk. (80 GB
available if you prefer.) I bought it new just over a year ago, and have
been very kind to it. It is only just out of warranty. I have used it as
a mailhost, web server, and general piece of Solaris kit. I have used it
for all Solaris builds of my software, and have been lnown to make it run
some excessively large simulations from time to time.

It will come shipped in the original box, with rackmount kit and user's
guide.

The V100 comes with two 10/100 ethernet ports, two USB ports, two serial
ports, slimline CD-ROM. It can support up to two IDE disks.

Email me with any questions, and with serious offers:

The goat is ready for you now! You will get a better deal from me directly
than if I have to put it up on ebay.

The V100 is very small, only 1U in height, and it is very light (both in
mass and in power consumption). It weighs less than 9 kg, and draws less
than 100 W. It is ideal as a web server, a mail host or a firewall. I ran
it continuously for 9 months before I took it down to upgrade the OS.
