i can use up to three more 512meg modules for a blade 100. 256meg
modules also possible, note: ram for a blade 150 also runs in a 100,
so these too are usable.

anyone got anything cheap?

Right now, crucial.com sells 512MB and 256MB for $102.81 and
$53.34 respectively, brand new with a warrenty.

Genuine Sun memory (used) on E-bay is usually more than that.
